TMNT, Batman, and a mini princess....

Hope everyone had a WICKED night!  We sure did!
The boys loved pumpkin carving this year.....especially Kael. He even helped Karson carve on his miniature pumpkin that was suppose to be for decor only.  For such a tiny pumpkin I thought Kael did a great job, and Karson was so happy! What a good big brother!

Here they are all ready to go at 5:00 pm. I had to talk them into jumping on the trampoline for a while so it would be a little closer to sunset.

The best part of  Halloween by far!  I'm not gonna lie.....I still get excited to dump the candy and search through all the different kinds to find my favorites, or something new!

This tiny little costume actually belongs to a DOG, but was my only hope for Jade to turn into a mini something for Halloween night.
So here she is, our little mini princess

I fell in love with this picture of Scott and Jade.
Priceless.

Happy Halloween!

Children's Museum in Denver......and the big bad wolf

Recently we were able to take a trip to the Children's Museum in Denver, I had heard some great reviews and was excited to check it out! The kids had a blast playing basketball, painting, dressing up like squirrels,  pretending to be fire fighters, and learning some new things. It was hard to leave and the kids didn't come close to doing half the activities that were available. I love places like this and just wish they could be a little closer........like in my basement!

I'm not sure how they fit in these tiny bunk beds, but it was pretty funny.
They are little squirrels!

Halloween fun.
Scott came home with this freaky wolf costume last week and was excited to scare the boys.
I thought that the kids would be crying for sure, but they actually got a kick out of it.
I was getting all excited for Scott to take his boys trick or treating this year.....but of course he's working that night. Who goes to the dentist on Halloween night anyway? Lame.

Friends from 'Frisco

We haven't seen each other since graduation, almost a year and a half ago now......so this was a TREAT! We had such a great time having Tom and Sheri for the weekend, and the Antrobus family stopped by as well!  We miss having such awesome friends close, and can't wait to do it again soon. Thanks for such a great time guys! Here are some of the fun things we managed to squeeze in!

The boys went golfing of course.

Next was the gun club, and this is Scott trying to look tough.

I think at least one of them hit the target!

Sheri and Jade having some bonding time.

So did we, there was a lot of catching up to do with this gal!

Time for us to have some girlie time getting pampered!

The Probst- Blaisdell- Antrobus- reunion!

These kids played so well together! It was so weird to see how grown up they all are!

 Dr. B, Dr. P, and Dr. A!

I sure do love these ladies!!

'til next time.........

Ready for pick up!

I don't know how to explain just how hard it is being the mother of this child some days, but these pictures should help you get an idea.   I heard Karson screaming bloody murder the other day and ran to see what the disaster was this time......he was trapped in the garbage can in our garage!  I was trying not to laugh too hard when I saw him because he was still pretty upset. I  told him I would get him out and that it was okay....but asked him if I could take his picture to show him what he looked like. He agreed.  Finally when I got him out and in the house I asked what in the world he was trying to do?  He said he was looking for the fruit roll ups that I had  previously said were ALL gone and in the garbage.  He wasn't taking no for an answer.  This was his third attempt that morning climbing and hunting around for some form of sugar.  I give up on hiding treats, or telling him that they're all gone....I may  just have to stop buying them to solve this problem!

This one's just for you Regan!
Since Jade arrived so early she wasn't able to wear her adorable swim suit anywhere exciting, but that didn't stop us from using it at bath time for some fun pictures!  It is so cute and she still barely fits in it....the little runt!  Scott sure can't get enough of his little angel.

Little Jade two months old

Jade finally weighs 9 lbs! So tiny still but at least she's growing.
I fell in love with this dress she is wearing and was so excited for her to fit into it!

So here she is all ready for church.

This is what she did for all of church....zzzzzzz.
She is such a good baby.

It really is great having my very own baby doll to dress up in all these fun outfits.
After 2 boys I am in heaven.
