Why did it have to END?

I still can't believe it's over.  Having my beautiful sister here this past week ALL to myself has never happened.......and it was definitely a week to remember!! Here are some pictures of our time spent together, we did pretty much everything and anything we could together and Scott and Josh (and Emily of course:)did a whole lot of babysitting to make it happen!!!   Thank you husbands!

Most everyone has watched the show " Flip that house " right?  Well Scott watched it so much that hopefully he learned something because he is flipping his first house over this next 4 weeks!

The house that he bought had flooded from a pipe bursting, and so everything has to be torn out and replaced. I thought it would be fun to post the before and after pictures for anyone who likes stuff like that.  Here are the before shots.

Fun additions to our playroom.

So we have finally added some things to the kids playroom. The B-ball hoop is definitely the best purchase we have ever made for the boys.....thank you Pottery Barn! Other favorites are the chairs and the craft table! This room is sooooo big and I'm glad to be making some progress with it. Next is shelves for the toys......maybe for Christmas?

Camping anyone?

We got a chance to go camping only once before Jade was born. So to still get good use out of our new camper we haved turned the Garage into a very convenient camp site? The boys love it no matter where it is parked and the boys will play out there all day long. So until we feel up to real  camping again...this will have to do.  Here are some pic's from our July camp trip....and the garage of course!

She's just to good to be true....

This sweet little baby has already changed our family in so many ways.....I hear the boys talking in sweet, soft voices that I never knew they had,  Scott is buying me Jade jewelry......to eventually give to her one day, and I am actually happy to be up nursing at night which I'm pretty sure hasn't happened before?  Life has become a little sweeter for all of us!
